Q1. Are you manufactory or trading company ?
A. We are 25 year-old manufactory and have a professional foreign trade team. Our main products are bathroom ceramic wash basins.We are also welcome you to visit our factory and show you our big chain supply system.
Q2.Can you produce according to the samples ?
A. Yes ,we can provide OEM+ODM service. We can produce client’s own logos and designs (shape , printing, color, hole, logo, packing etc.).
Q3.What is your terms of delivery ?
A. EXW,FOB
Q4.How long is your delivery time?
A. Generally it is 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. Or it takes about 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock , it is according to order quantity.
Q5.Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A. Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
Q6.What is your terms of payment？
A. Payment <= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment >=1000USD, 30% deposit in advance,balance before shipment. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
